lyrics
All our time
has come to an end
This the moment
Farewell my dear friend
Farewell Goodbye
will see you sometime
I just can’t believe it
This can not be true
All I want is
a moment with you
Where do we go now ?
What shall we do ?
It’s hard to live now
Live without you
I feel your presence
in my heart
Will you feel this message ?
Can your ever see ?
Is there a heaven ?
Some place to be free
Or is it all just empty
empty without me
Don’t know where to go to
just want to fall asleep
here
The Shallow Shadow
sitting
behind me
Blowing out a candle
a sign for me from you
You’re in my heart
You’re in my heart
You’re in my heart
You’re in my heart
Tear me apart
I can not believe this
can’t believe it’s true
All I want now
one moment more with you
Are you here now
somewhere in this room ?
The shallow shadow
A creepy afternoon
Where do we go now?
What shall we do ?
Give me sign
while I think of you
Waiting for the pain
this pain to go away
ever since you’re gone
becoming more insane
can you ever help me ?
are you ever here ?
Or is this just illusion
ridiculous belief
Where do we go now ?
Where can I sleep ?
Where are you now ?
High or somewhere deep ?
Can you think?
can you feel ?
Why is this so unreal ?
The shallow shadow is entering my mind
Telling me there’s nothing left behind.
The shallow shadow
Isn’t always here
Perhaps it was
but now, now it’s disappeared
“Strangers” is packed with wonderfully menacing electro-goth—late-night horror movie music for vampire dance parties. Bandcamp New & Notable May 8, 2023
Perfectly gloomy Norwegian goth/post-punk, anchored by a punchy rhythm section and driven by chiming guitar lines and morose vocals. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 16, 2021

I was quite enamoured with Dancing Chrome back in 2017, and Portrait In Silver was a good follow-up, but Violet Age combines a bit of both albums to be an even stronger effort.
The first four songs hit perfectly in sucession (and the last four do too in all fairness). Fantasy 21 is an absolutely stellar opener, and is my favourite track of the eight. The whole album is energetic, and strikes a great balance between darker gothic sounds and lighter synth-pop adjacent sounds. Lorenzo
